Virtual Cinema is a new home for LIVE cinema; a new way of watching films together at home.
Virtual Cinema screenings have a specified date and time, with the film starting at the same time for everyone where we all watch together, just like the cinema. Once started, the film will run to the end and if you leave and come back, the film will have continued. Just like the cinema.
Unlike the cinema, there’s a Live Chat space on the side of the screen to share in the experience with everyone else watching. You can turn this on or off at any time.
Virtual Cinema is built to be a social experience, watching a film and chatting in real time, but you can go to full screen if you want to watch uninterrupted at any time.
There are a few rules. Please remember to guard your privacy and abide by our
Community Guidelines. We also have some loose policies - you can bring your own snacks, wear whatever you want, take your shoes off and there’s unlimited parking.
